









Our Cacao & Kakadu Plum Infused Jarrah Honey combines sustainably sourced Jarrah honey (Eucalyptus marginata) from Western Australia with two globally recognised superfoods: organic cacao and native Kakadu plum. Each batch of Jarrah honey is independently tested for Total Activity (TA) rating, confirming its natural antimicrobial strength and prebiotic profile.
Kakadu plum (Terminalia ferdinandiana), native to Northern Australia, is documented as one of the richest natural sources of vitamin C, which also enhances the absorption of plant-based iron present in cacao. Organic cacao contributes flavanol antioxidants, magnesium, and theobromine, compounds widely studied for their links to cardiovascular, cognitive, and mood-related benefits.
Developed with input from our Head of Science, this blend balances functionality with flavour, producing a smooth, slightly tangy honey with rich chocolate notes. It is unheated, unfiltered, and free from additives, ensuring authenticity and nutrient integrity.
