Each batch of Jarrah honey is independently tested for Total Activity (TA) rating, confirming its natural antimicrobial strength and prebiotic profile.
Kakadu plum (Terminalia ferdinandiana), native to Northern Australia, is documented as one of the richest natural sources of vitamin C, which also enhances the absorption of plant-based iron present in cacao. Organic cacao contributes flavanol antioxidants, magnesium, and theobromine, compounds widely studied for their links to cardiovascular, cognitive, and mood-related benefits.
